Off Topic / Guns
« on: March 15, 2011, 08:48:32 PM »
We all are very different from eachother, but I think we have one interest in common...

GUNS.

Post your favorite gun (Pictures, why you like it etc...) discuss guns, or anything else of the matter.

The gun below is the VSS- a fully-automatic sniper chambered for the 9MM round. Not very powerful, but It's still considered a sniper rifle. I like it because it is fully automatic.

Suggestions & Requests / This one revolver...
« on: March 10, 2011, 04:49:24 PM »
I was in a TDM server and found a magnum that I had previously seen on RTB, and I loved it. But I searched for awhile and can't find it. I remember it being blue...

Anyway, can someone give me the link? Because I can't find it.

Really, I've seen countless people with Minecraft avatars. Now, I too play Minecraft, but really. This is BLOCKLAND, go to the Minecraft forums... Sheesh.

General Discussion / Listen to this tune while you build.

Sounds catchy, huh? It's good for when you're building. Somehow it helps me build a little faster. Try listening to this while you build, mainly in single player, when you don't have your friends around to keep you company.

Games / Infiniminer
« on: February 16, 2011, 06:47:55 PM »
Infiniminer is a Minecraft-like game when there are two teams, Red and blue. You can pick from several classes. Each class has it's own abilities, for example; the Miner can dig really FAST while the sapper can blow stuff up. It's the game that Notch got the idea to make Minecraft.

I'm hosting a server now. Anyone gonna be on?

Off Topic / What gun type do you perfer?
« on: February 09, 2011, 04:08:49 PM »
What do you perfer? An Assault Rifle, A Rifle, Shotgun, Sniper, Pistol etc. Even though I AM a gun nut, but from your first-person shooter point of view, or just whatever you think is best.

I perfer a Light-Machine-Gun.

Off Topic / Charging my Ipod with my TOUNGE?!
« on: February 09, 2011, 03:42:03 PM »
Somehow I got my tounge into the charging port of my ipod touch (Don't ask) While it was out of batteries. And, it started to turn on while it was dry out of power. And I'm like OMGWTF?!?!

I think that the human body generates some electricity, maybe somehow that charged it.

Discuss.

Games / Cortex Command
« on: February 05, 2011, 08:08:05 AM »
Cortex Command Is an entertaining side scrolling 2D shooter game. It features pixel graphics and incredibly accurate physics. As of now, Cortex Command is still in production and will be full retail price later. The game also sports a free demo. You can download the game here: http://www.indiegames.com/gameofthemonth/

When entering the menu, the player can choose from Skirmish or Campgain.

With Skirmish, you and/or up to three other players can play using PS3 Controllers, Xbox 360 Controllers, and any other gamepad-type device. This gamemode has no linear gameplay and the player can build a base, and fight off endless waves of bad guys.

With Campgain, the player is faced with multiple missions to do with certain objectives, For example, in Dummy Assault, the player must invade a Dummy fortress. (I have yet to beat that level)

When it comes to actual gameplay, I have to say I was very impressed by it's large amount of weapons to keep the battle going. From guns like the AK-47 to the SPAS-12, there are plenty of guns to keep you coming back for more.

You can also choose between several different factions:

Dummy Faction: Robots that look like test dummies. They use lazer weapons, and have lots of vehicles like the Tank and Rocket.

Coatlion Faction Army Soldiers, they look much like real US. Army Soldiers and can take a beating and keep ticking.

Ronin Fraction An elite group of fighters, the fraction that uses modern weaponry. They are my arch enemy!

There are many other factions out there, these are just the main ones.

Off Topic / Help me help my friend.
« on: January 30, 2011, 07:37:11 PM »
My friends internet is SCREWED. I came over to his house, and went on his laptop to find the internet BROKEN. I tired to connect with all this stuff, even tired plugging his laptop INTO the ROUTER. It still didn't work. So now he's (been) screwed with no internet or online games to play on. So what I'm gonna do is put a bunch of games onto a couple of USB flash drives to help him out.

I don't think I can just copy-paste the Blockland shortcut (+a lot of add-ons) onto a flash drive?
