The semi until 26th will get the vandals to leave for a bit at least.
After that, the next semi SHOULD be permanentif when there is more vandalism.
Also, the article needs screenshots.
On a side note, as a Wikipedian I am amazed at the level of vandalism and COI/SPA on Blockland's article. Wikipedia usually only gets that on controversial political/religious/whatever issues. And I remember that deletion discussion last month, I posted in it.

Wikipedia doesn't want copyright problems on their hands, although I don't think Blockland would care too much about the screenshots in the article.
Anyway, you need a thing on the image's info page like the following:
