This is something like Steam Giveaway. You can get the opportunity to win by playing skill-based games (currently, there are only two games: Blinkeled and Blink Shooter) It is currently in closed-beta. You can only join by invites (sadly)
This is one of the three types of giveaways. This mode is called Blink. The person with the highest score wins the giveaway.
This mode is called Random. You play no game in this one, instead you are chosen randomly to win.
This mode is called Mixed. Scoring a high amount of points on this will give you a bigger chance of winning.
