I agree, This would be nice. and I'm really tired of Ignorant forgets like that spurting bullstuff to be annoying. But I approve of this. Maybe an engine *tweak* could fix this. Something similar happens in a game called toribash when you have shaders (improved graphics) turned off. Not sure why this happens though.

We Need:

-Cubes covered in studs (Top, Sides, and Bottom)
-Ability to rotate bricks upsidown and sideways (Ex: Tree top is facing down)

With this you could plant bricks sideways or even upside down on cubes covered in studs.  

Also it'd be fun to have the ability to rotate players upside down.

Um. maybe, just maybe you could script it so it sets a set of bricks that will make that area. like 11x7x1 using 7x7, and 4x7?
