no, that's just if you wanna, on Bandcamp. he even provided his own mirror for downloading it for free. OP just mirrored it again for some reason
idk why he didn't just do a pay-what-you-want thing on Bandcamp, but w/e I guess

bandcamp takes 15% of every sale until you make $5k within a year, then it drops to 10%

so really paying anything under 50 cents is worthless.

I screwed myself and I am forced to use Linux Mint for the time being, and I want a forum font that looks as close to the original as possible.

You don't count cause you use Linux.

use a stylish theme? kingdaro might be able to tell you what to do with that.

I think the forums uses Verdana, unless that looks different on linux

i believe it uses liberation sans by default if it's installed, on linux.

EDIT: sudo apt-get install ttf-mscorefonts-installer
enter that in a terminal and you should see windows fonts instead.
