That's correct, I didn't have people who could run super fast and are super strong AND can warp up until now, I just had highly trained soldiers.

Oh another note: Information on a supersoldier project has been released by the Conservatian Military to the public with currently 200 successful supersoldiers and 50 capable of 'Transversing'. No further information is given on either the supersoldiers or Transversing.

I fixed this via reinstalling steam, I just deleted all the files in the steam folder except steamapps and steam.exe then started up steam again.
