Calm down, I'm suggesting you a loving program in which you crop images and all your doing is loving yelling at me over easy to know stuff.
You can go into one of my friends, such as Crispy and find that exact thing right there. From there you crop it out using the "Region" option which allows you to take a selected fraction of the page your looking at. From there you upload it to some image sharing site and boom, you've just done one of the most easiest things on the internet.
