Construction on the PRS Niagra has been completed, and construction on the PRS York and the PRS Penn begins.

MEANWHILE

Orion has expressed it's desires to expand/colonize lower North America, and wants to talk with Conservatia and Pennsylvania to discuss new borders.

Conservatia has planned to expand down to Lower North America and Iceland and are warning Orion that if they were to interfere with them and their expansions it'd create a skirmish.

The same warning goes to the Pennsylvanian Republic.
