pd doesn't really draw like that anyway

the lines are far smoother than mine, and i'd have put way more detail on the eyes lmao
+ i'm bad at drawing backgrounds + i'm not as good at shading

i need artrage or photoshop. SAI is great but i'd like to try alternatives

I was bored, so I drew this "computer virus creature" thing. Also trying out a different artstyle, using only SAI's water brush, a soft-tip eraser, and a blurring tool.

How do you guys get your traditional art so clean? Anytime I draw in RL I make a huge mess of it. Digital is just so much easier to clean up.

Same here. It's even a big problem in my digital art because the way I make lines generally makes them look weird. Trying to make one straight line makes it crooked more often than not, because my hand is shaky and my wrist hurts.

I tried with Paint.NET using an .apng plugin, but it turned into this green thing.

As far as I know, very few browsers support .apng format. Opera can do it, and Chrome has an add-on available for animated PNG support.
