Torque's engine doesn't support footstep SFX, and a lot of user-made vehicles have engine idle SFX.

ZAPT DOES have an infection level, so to speak. You lose health gradually if you've taken enough damage, and it can kill you if left untreated.
You can create a weapon called "T-Cure" that can be used to stop infection, but your health will not be restored.
As for the medkit, just grab the already existing one and remodel it.
