Off Topic / Halloween costume recommendations

so this is probably my 2nd to last year going trick-or-treating (i'm 13.)

does anyone have any good suggestions that aren't blockland related?

I'm thinking of going as Sonic just to forget with people, but i'm not sure yet. Please suggest some, I want it to be a good halloween this year. No, I'm not going alone, I'm going with my best friend.

honestly i think harry potter's a little bit overdone and my hair would ruin it.

Either something with a hood or cowl or something that goes with a huge bush of hair.

Suggestions & Requests / New CTF concept.

I think it'd be cool if there was a CTF gamemode where one team sets security cameras all over the map in strategic places while the other team is blind until they're done. The blinded team is then unblinded and is released in one of 4 or 5 starting rooms. The stealth team starts invisible, and has to avoid the cameras. If they're within the view of the cameras, they're visible. 10 seconds after leaving the camera view, they become invisible again. The team that placed the cameras has to find and kill all of the stealth team's members. The stealth team's goal is to capture the flag from the camera team's area and take it back to their base without dying.

Anyone want to help me on something like this?

Off Topic / dog had stroke and died

so today i came home from school to see my door was unlocked (i usually take my key out and unlock it)

so my dad's fiancé (the one who had the dogs originally) was home cleaning.

Bo (our dog) had recently had some "problems" which were unknown to me at the time. I was told they were minor so I decided not to worry about it.

I asked her if Bo was doing alright. She said verbatim:

"Bo had a stroke, and we had to let him go." (her voice is quavering and tears are coming out of her eyes at this point.)

i've never felt such a surreal feeling before. forget, i feel bad.

desc: Why deliver phone books when we aren't even going to use them? We have our mobile devices and our computers to search with. These books are wasting trees and ink, and being thrown away so often. Yellow pages, only deliver to folks who request it, please. It would save a lot of time and trees. (not to mention ink.)

Please, it'd do a lot of good.

How about instead of "playing" or "hosting" it would display "custom" or "speedkart"

i think this would make rtb more efficient instead of having to click info.

Suggestions & Requests / super crate box gamemode idea

I was thinking we could use a small courtyard-type map where there are different places for the crates to appear, with random events/scripting. You have to kill the zombies that are coming out of a tube from the ceiling with your randomly acquired weapons.

Floating skulls are optional.

I think this would be a super fun multiplayer/singleplayer gamemode.

Suggestions & Requests / scripting help for my gamemode project

i was playing some endless zombies and i switched on Top down camera.

I realized how awesome this was, so I thought of a game concept.

You know those games where you're the cannon in the middle and you have to keep the other things from getting to you by shooting them?

I think one of these in blockland would be absolutely amazing

so i need build and scripting help (maybe a few bricks so i can make it look rounded) to turn this into a singleplayer gamemode. Anyone in?

i'm thinking we'll use a Minigun (no ammo, the barrel just overheats and cools down) where if you right click it launches a bomb (which has a finite amount, you can buy more after each round(gui)) and every once in a while you have a giant boss come in

also light key can provide a laser pointer (if bought)

i'm constantly getting this error while doing anything, game, forum, music, it just randomly happens.

It tells me to check for new hardware. I don't have any new hardware, so that must not be the problem

I'd like an addon that puts "[player] killed you!" in the middle of your screen, with the font being Impact and the player name being white and "killed you!" being in red.
