It's clearly not CPU-related.
This is nothing like what I am experiencing. Does this 1-2-3 pattern keep happening routinely, at the same intervals?
I only get about 0.3 seconds of lag, every 25 seconds. And it has mostly stopped now.
Everyone is experiencing this, whenever it happens my players say "lag" or something of the sorts. Not at the same intervals iirc. Sometimes 2 "1-2-3s" happen close to one another, then it's another 10 minutes or so until the next one happens.

It'll be a 1-2-3 punch. 1 being a blip, 2 also being a blip, then 3 will be 4 seconds or more of lag.
