Prussia agrees that the Monroe Doctrine should be followed, and that, words by influential politician (jairo???) Otto Von B-man, "a nation should fight their own civil disputes, as any country that does seek aid against their rebels are obviously not fit to rule...." Due to relative world tension and France getting around to breaking the Doctrine, Prussia justifies raising conscription by 1% and offers more protections to the German minors.

More coal mines are ordered by the government, and new railroad infrastructure is planned to connect (or relax the strain on current infrastructure) major cities. Prussia does a military drill, but at the end, also uses some manpower to aid the building of infrastructure to make the military more palatable to the citizens.
Prussia likes cbrown towns.

Military stronk? More stronk. Deus vult. The Prussian government founds a military academy in its capital, Berlin. Sons of military officers are expected to enlist and a lottery is completed to select individuals from the lower social classes. Military strategy and "applied" education methods are valued, in order to train teenagers to become officers of the Prussian military. Glorifying this academy hopefully leads to more confidence in a standing military.

Transgenders should be held up to the same standards as any other sailor. If you want in, you have to prove you are capable of it. If you need medication to transform yourself while in service, you shouldn't be in service. If you feel uncomfortable by people changing because of your gender dysphoria, you shouldn't be in the service. If your gender dysphoria makes you relatively combat ineffective, or unable to fully perform your duties, then you shouldn't be in the service.
This is the same thing with women in combat roles. The marines were forced to accept women, and so they did, and so they put them to the same standards as the men. And they are struggling... and people want the standards for women to be relaxed so more pass basic combat training.
