As people starve, the lucky people keep moving to Emmeria. For the safety, for a new world. USC was once a good nation, but now the average lifespan is 40 years. The surviving fellows won't stay long, as they plan to start a new life. A new world. Somewhere they can peacefully live their lives, in perfect harmony with other nations.

Please don't do stuff with this new nation guys, it's annoying to be targeted all the time. Create another loving war with another nation, like Morning or something.
