Basically, if I want to go ahead and if the PSSR allows me access to all of my weapons and facilities I would be able to combine my forces with the Soviets, therefore loving your fleet.

Though of course, this is if the Soviets wants to start another stupid war.

While the USC was watching the Syriiak ports, they noticed a black helicopter land on one of the ships. Reports later prove that a similar helicopter was reported to attack a gasstation.

That is the only possible reason.

The USC demands compensation, and they kick them out of the ports. This is a peaceful occupation, and if your going to stuff all over the treaty, get smacked by the soviets. Bye.
