Updated the OP with the correct BL ID for X1Z1 (35945).

I've banned all three people (Emo Nation, X1Z1 and iNoc) and all accounts linked to them (there were several) from RTB Connect. It's probably worth Badspot taking a look too since there seems to be key sharing going on.
