You can't kill my now defenseless soldiers and citizens.

We all abide by these laws. You have to end all hostilities. You can't going around killing my citizens.

Proof, and you guys made the laws yourselves:
Conditions
-An amount of 50 billion ($50,000,000,000.00) is paid by the USC to Aribissia
-The USC's land be monitored and controlled by the PSSR for a time of 20 years.
-The PSSR must peacefully occupy the USC and do so without trouble from the United States government.
-Rovercia has access to all military airports in USC
-All countries end all hostilities

Rovercian officials find an abandoned soldier of the USC in an abandoned warehouse, at first he shot one of the Rovercian soldiers but was quickly subdued. He then was taken to the president's statue, rigged with C4. The soldiers got a safe distance away and detonated the C4, the USC soldier's body blown to bits and the statue crumbled to the ground.

My point. You need to say that you found one of my men. I would then choose if he shoots you or doesn't even have a gun.

Okay. I am ignorant, but I just feared loosing my nation. Now I just did, because I want to do something over the 40 days my country is occupied. I am just going to end it...

Riots occur to everyone. All hell breaks loose because the Stock Markets crashed. A Great Depression grew among the people. The people created guerrilla tactics and killed their occupants, but killing themselves. Children were shot. Self Delete bombers walking into markets. Everyone is afraid of the new faction called. "Freedom USC." They turned on their own families, shooting everyone but them. They even got a USC WMD that was going to be used in the war...

A Civil War has started, and would leave everything known of the freedoms of the Congrean laws to pieces. President Nathan and most of the Congressman stand in horror that the nation is collasping.

It is the end of Congrea.
