not a fan of watercooling, though

I'd actually have to call you out on that.

GPUs, if you are doing gaming all the time, should be the target since they definately produce more heat.

The CPU can handle itself with a non-stock fan.

I fear that if any government regulation of the internet happens, as indirect as it may start, bureaucratic overreach will find a way somehow (as tends to happen). I'm not saying that it's good for the ISPs to manipulate speeds, but I have a feeling that government regulation won't be any better. I simply urge caution that we not go cheering around  like this is the final solution.

All the government needs to do is simply say "hi forget you don't give these people throttle. stick with net neutrality." and punch them in the mouth with fines if they do it.

That is ALL they need to do.

Ah, okay.

Atenisia seeks peace with both East and Western Albiton, HOWEVER, Atenisia proposes that East Albiton should fix its government and flush out any corruption.

It also wants to see some more of a majority of actual Christians in Albiton.
