its some guy with a 1000+ id who when i was building an epic loop, spawned a truck sideways infront of it blocking almost all fo the ramp then immeadiatly left eh server
rudeness as to do that sorta thing is one thing i wont tolerate on my server
any other usb member that hosts and doesnt mind him on the server im not forcing them to ban him, i jsut hope i never have to deal with that idiot again

No, because keys have to be checked by on-line validation, using a key gen would flood the server, and their connection would probably be blocked.
You could set a delay between key tries. But in that case, you are more likely to win the lottery ten times in a row then you are to generate a key in your life time.

its based on relative velocity i thought it said which means unless your standing still when yuo get in (how the hell...) your gonna get hurt
