Ex-Arm of Bao soldiers responsible for the releasing of military elephants manage to escape north with approximately three dozen, the rest of the elephants roaming the city were a result of not having enough soldiers to corral all of them on the elephant heist, but was passed off as part of the plan when Teijina Militia thanked the soldiers for their assistance.

These elite soldiers form a band calling themselves "Naal Yeao Ru" Or "United Liberators of the Ru" and begin using the stolen elephants to intercept the Taijoua soldiers returning from the battle with Ezbatuan forces in the south, while killing very few, sending many of the already wounded and tired soldiers scattering in fear.

Elephants are loose in the city of Teijina!

Unless an officer specifically declares you are under arrest and announces the charges you are supposed to be allowed to not have to listen to them. When they declare you are under arrest and you try to run that is technically resisting, however still not grounds for getting shot. Regarudless people have reinterperted the rule to "Simon says" where simon is the officer and if you loose you get shot.

When the guy has a gun
What about when a guy has their hands up? I am pretty sure authorization of deadly force doesnt apply to someone who isn't a current threat

2)  Not to the point where it can blast through thick stone walls.
Well explosions would weaken thick stone walls, and i've come along much farther on the search for actual black powder (a post I made a few pages ago was hinting towards this) so if thats the case then sure you do brown townyze something newish, I was simply hoping on avoiding uping the explosions until the battles got more dramatic seeing as the Kai are supposedly holding onto this formula very carefully right now and not many people know how to recreate it (as was gunpowder when it was first invented anyways)

276
What I thought we agreed on my trying to turn the forces around first by causing a ruckus in the city, then you continue with such an assault.

(btw its basically just a firework lit with nowhere to go, so you're not getting much new data)

Cbrown towns
I wanted to call bs cause I was like thats too cool but then science and we are technically behind on our awesome cbrown towns count

A message is set out the night before the invasion to citizens warning them to stay indoors for the days to come.

The Teijina Militia begins with using explosives supplied by the Kai to blow a hole in the southern wall of Teijina and begin  running around town drawing attention and being a nusance, participating in hit-and-run operations on troops in the city attempting to respond to the chaos.

[At this point it would be assumatory for myself to represent both the rebellion forces and the Taijoua military, if a moderator wanted to decide how the majority of troops in the region would respond]

278
An alternate strategy is presented which would involve drawing attention to the events in Teijina first, causing New Daijoua to send its naval forces south in support. At which point our allied naval forces can wait in the west to flank the Taijoua navy as they head toward the fray.

During this Hwan Ghou Kai may be able to lead the charge further and actually be combating the port of New Daijoua by the time Teijina is captured, leaving the Taijoua navy with no place to make port for repairs.

Wait, I'm confused. Who's fighting who?
A crazy guy took over my country and military and we are coordinating kicking him out.

Remind me where that is, please? The current marked capitol on the map, the major city north west of Teijina.

If we could utilize fog cover, we might even be able to land a force of Ashibian and Gungixan infantry and do quicker damage.
The Kai have come up with a formula for a thick tar that can be placed in a dish and hung from the bow of a boat. When lit aflame it billows thick black smoke, rendering the nearby area obscured. While it is likely Gungxi's men will try the same technique if seen as advantagous, the ocean breeze usually blows ashore meaning it would help attackers landing in the city more.

282
I wasnt aware of the Ezbataun navy, and given it's presense, it could join with the naval assault on New Daijoua.

There is a wall around the border of the teijina province and a main city wall that opens out towards the sea with a large port, which will likely mobilize ships in defense at the sign of trouble. Most of the Taijoua soldiers are around the borders between the provincial wall and the city wall, meaning the city militia would be able to draw the enemies attention from behind that way.

Meanwhile in New Daijoua, fortifications will be readied soon after word of Teijina's assault comes in (and Visaversa) so Oriental crown and Ezbatuan ships should wait off shore for now until a coordinated attack can take place, however with a third of the nations navy being stored at that port, the troops should try to get on land as soon as possible to avoid a lengthy naval battle.

Indeed many students in the Kai academies are disgruntled after being forced into attending school without consult, and will likely aid the rebellion, however many Kai displeased with Gungxi have already left the schools or have gone into hiding.

283
This is agreed and an effort is coordinated to leave the gates open in south teijina to allow additional troops in to retake the city area. The Teijina militia would mainly be in charge of the liberation of the city and the titchwahk province to the immediate north.

At the same time, Hwan Ghou Kai and his fellow generals begin gathering their forces in secret around Ru'sha, with plans to push east from there to take Old Daijoua.

During this time it is requested that oriental crown forces be sent across the gulf to New Daijoua, where if they should take the city in the time scheduled would meet the Teijina/Ezbatan forces coming up from the southeast and the Wereuan/Kastwatan forces coming in from the west.

At that point the challenge would be in proceeding north into Navaro territory, while the Navaro have pledged their support, the mountainous land is rugged and ripe for ambush by a defensive Gungxi and his men, and the academy of Navaro Kai has proven unseigable in past attempts, and while Gungxi currently uses Roussa as his capitol, it is a short distance away from the academy that at any sign of danger he'd likely retreat to safety, and regather followers quickly.

Today in class I was trying to get things organized so i could teach these ungrateful brats and this kid has the nerve to be insulting someone audibly right after I issued the warning to silence. I was tremendously concerned over whether the kid understood the concept of lack of sound and inquired to his knowledge of the subject. In response the little stuff started mocking me, yelling all the while. I took the kid outside to give him what-for but held myself back and offered him the oppertunity to apologize at which point he continued to mock me for it. As such I decided to report his actions to his father that appropriate punishment may occur. I then went home cracked a beer and proceeded to not give a forget cause I probably have tenure.

The local militia of Teijina pledges their allegiance to the usurpation of the current government and joining with the current forces in trying to stabilize the region.

The city of Winouaka, a previous gathering ground for anti-Gungxi conspirators, was one night completely surrounded by soldiers and large bags of sand doused in oil and lit aflame are catapulted into the city, burning it to the ground. The surrounding soldiers kill most of the citizens fleeing the city.

Representatives of the rebellion effort in Gungixao anxiously await word of the Oriental Kingdom's ruling regaruding present matters, especially given recent word of an entire town being destroyed.
