What do you mean fixed? It took me like a week to make, its all legit. What would you guys be willing to pay? I'm willing to change prices.

I would never give away any of my money just for a tiny limited use perk in a single server in a single game. Though that's just my opinion.

Give him a bullet, drop gun
He shoots back, is instakilled, you healed
Take up gun and continue running

I mean after a short timespan, and not dropping, CLEARED. As in gone through an item clearing thingy.

If a prisoner has attacked a cop, is in a restrictted area, or has weapons, he can be killed legitly. Otherwise, the cop gets forcekilled automatically and the prisoner's health is restored.

If a prisoner has injured a cop but cleared his weapons entirely, then gets killed, it should be considered free killing.
