So Mueller illegally obtained transition documents on the Annoying Orange campaign.
More unsourced 4chan stuff? really? He got them from another government organization that legally obtained them. Substantiate your claims.

interrobang? that sounds lovey
common police interrogation technique where you pretend to fall in love with the interrogatee, have them bang you, then they spill all their secrets. Works like a charm.

yeah but a real protest would take too much effort :(
There actually have been protests all over, including many tens of thousands of people calling and writing their representatives. I would have been included in that if I actually lived in the US. Online activism and spreading of knowledge is still important.

you're drawing a false equivalency in saying deregulation == allowing companies to forget people.
Oh, I forgot to mention this, but you're drawing a false equivalence between saying NN should stay and saying that all deregulation is bad.

NOBODY is saying that deregulation is universally bad. We're talking about Net Neutrality. If you want to make a valid piece of criticism, you must talk about Net Neutrality in specific. That's right, I'm not even talking about Title II, purely Net Neutrality in specific. The reason for that is that if you want to defend the FCC's actions, you have to actually defend what their intentions are, and that's to get rid of Net Neutrality itself. They don't care about temporarily removing it and then putting it back "better", their only intention was truly to get rid of Net Neutrality and keep it gone.

Cite an example of companies barring access to legal material, please. I honestly have never heard of this happening, just people saying it "could happen"
http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/telus-cuts-subscriber-access-to-pro-union-website-1.531166
It's a Canadian example but still 100% valid. Not only were they blocking access to legal content, they were blocking it because it was a pro-union website.
A lack of Net Neutrality allows for complete and total censorship. And here's the thing, it won't always be as obvious as this. It could be as simple as throttling a particular website down to insanely low speeds, something that's very difficult to test for. They can do it without detection. Do you want that?

if your question is "why are north american furries usually Caucasian" the answer is "most north americans are Caucasian"

but there are plenty of black furries, one happens to be a dear friend of mine

Please, remind me, I've forgotten what this user did.
He held the world record in Pokemon Snap for several months

You put your small tablet on the counter while you wait for an order. It cost you around $1000. The minimum is $650 but nobody gets the bare bones. Even if you did did the $650 model, your keyboard just didn't seem to detect the iPad after a few uses. That cost you $170. And it turns out maybe those pens aren't so durable after all, the rubber tip nearly broke off but before that happened it stopped working after it rolled off the table one too many times. That cost another $100.

And then a random thug snatched your iPad Pro off the countertop, running away. You called 911, but the police officer got very upset that you called for a non-emergency. (He let you off with a warning, how nice.) The iPad was sold on Craigslist less than a day later for half the retail price. You wish you had gotten a macbook air like the rest of the kids.

What I don't get is how the hell Ted thinks repealing net neutrality helps restore internet freedom when it actually does the complete opposite
Because he's a Real Genuine Human Person™ And Not The Zodiac Killer™

Not only is he wrong (Since Verizon sued the FCC and had Net Neutrality rules removed in 2014), but 1 tweet earlier he called Net Neutrality "oppressive" and commended Ajit Pai for repealing it.

So Ted Cruz just called the majority of his populace (Nearly all democrats and a large majority of Republicans) snowflakes for wanting Net Neutrality...

i dont know enough about this to have the kind of discussion you want. in my eyes, one side believes in one thing, the other side believes in something else. if i was engaging in conversation about this with someone, i would naturally say "whats your opinion on it?" because if either side was factually or objectively right, there wouldnt be as massive of a debate as this. i feel its important to consider the feelings of the other side as well, because i feel like a lot of this net neutrality debate stems from some kind of feeling people are having. not necessarily the calculated numbers
I understand, and it's entirely possible for someone to believe something that's false, I'm sure we all do believe something that's false without knowing it, and that's what debate is for. It's the same as saying an opinion can be wrong. Sure, in most cases it's not really possible as most opinions are about fundamentally subjective things (ie. music, art, food, other personal preferences), but occasionally there is a topic in which those who hold opposing opinions are either being disingenuous themselves or are simply misinformed, which isn't a bad thing (Some examples could be 9.9999999... = 10 and so called "sovereign citizens"). I'm simply saying that this is one of those cases, and that having the truth on your side is an absolute defense against accusations of being disingenuous.

im sure they do, but the facts aren't the point. there are two dominating opinions right now: net neutrality should be repealed, or it shouldnt. battleforthenet is adovcating for keeping net neutrality. that is an opinion they are advocating for. they may have plenty of facts to back that opinion, but its still an opinion
Please, read the whole thing for me. Let's have a friendly discussion. I said in my reply that they are not stating any opinion. That net neutrality should not be repealed without replacement is their goal and this is one of the few cases where that is an objective good, and my reply goes into detail on exactly why that is, why not showing common false counterarguments isn't disingenuous, and why their website design isn't scary.
