No they're not. The only proof that they are different was from those tests by John Money and those have been debunked numerous times before.

Stop playing the semantics game. It depends on your definitions.

If you define "gender" as "biological love" then obviously they're identical. But that's not the definition everyone uses anymore. For people who have gender dysphoria for example, they fundamentally have things in common with the opposite love. Not from an x/y chromosome standpoint, but from a brain standpoint. The reason that this "revised" definition of gender includes this is because it helps those who have gender dysphoria and allows them to for example get a transition and actually not only have the physical body that makes them feel actually half decent but also the mind.

This means you have less people who suffer from this condition, more happy people, it's a win-win either way you look at it.

consider this:

if someone is biologically male but femme-presenting and they're in the women's bathroom, and you couldn't even tell that they're biologically male since you're not looking at their willy, would that honestly make anyone uncomfortable? i wouldn't think so, because they don't know and they don't need to know. the trans person is just in there to take a stuff and leave. it's not like people are advocating public toilets where all walls are torn down and it's just a free-for-all
