What you do is you give them an anonymous present on christmas (the present must be something like a mouse, rabbit, guinea pig ect.) Then after a month or two where the person totally loves the pet, you tie him to a chair and make him watch as you slowly skull forget it until it dies of internal bleeding.
Then kill him.

If its a case of them PHYSICALLY attacking your brother, would it not be worth risk? And even so, if you do it OUT of school, there is much less a chance of them even knowing about it.
