You try to refute my point in one sentence then agree with it in the next.

Make up your mind.
The Pacman level isn't innovative because it's just a rip off of Pacman that really seems unneccasary;

You said this about the Pacman level:
"....it has nothing to do with Wolfenstein."
I disagreed with that...

"OK, so it's even less innovative than I originally thought since it was apparently already done in the original game."
You seemed to be saying that I copied the WolfPack level from Wolf3D... but I didn't copy it from Wolf3D - it is more like normal pacman.

Coool

Don't know anything about this wolfenstien but it sounds cool.
Wolfenstein 3-D was the first first person shooter and it was released in 1992.

Multiplayer?
No but the following mod will let you play cooperatively (teaming up on the national socialists)

OK, so it's even less innovative than I originally thought since it was apparently already done in the original game.
In the original game there were no portals from one end of the level to the other, the walls are too high to see the rest of the level, and there were no power pellets allowing you to eat the ghosts.

A new weapon and enemey formations aren't innovative at all.
yuki said "Your game maintains the same gameplay..." but the gameplay isn't the same...

You don't seem to be very knowledgeable about Wolf3D and that is necessary in order for people to appreciate my game.

Most people on other forums and youtube are also god damn idiots.
So these forums just aren't negative towards my game - people here are also negative towards other forums and youtube...

...Your game maintains the same gameplay, no innovations or anything that would make it attractive.
In the new partly finished level you can follow Hans as he patrols around (this wasn't possible in the original game because you always saw Hans's front). Also in that level you have a small number of rockets and you need to save them up for a group of 16 guards that are in a formation outside the building. And there is a flamethrower which sets people on fire. Also the "WolfPack" level has some innovations - a portal on each side, you can cheat by jumping on the low walls, it is in first-person view...

...If you made this as practice or to add to a portfolio, then neato, but you should really move on and start a new project....
I thought it would be better to finish that game (well not all the levels - just the gameplay side).

Fortunately most people on other forums and on youtube aren't so negative... there is a large proportion of negative people on the blockland forums for some reason...

You know, I saw this on ModDB and said to myself, is this really necessary? I can just go play Wolfenstien.
1. It is free

2. It has better music

3. More and better sound effects from other Wolfenstein games (including "Return to Castle Wolfenstein") and from me ("New High Score" message)

4. Better graphics technology including curved walls, reflective floors, etc.

5. Proper 3D enemies and objects rather than 8 views that are pixelated up close.

6. 3D bosses rather than always seeing the front view

7. The "WolfPack" Wolf3D Pacman level that lets you get the power pellets and eat the ghosts.

8. Has a partly finished original level which does a few things that are impossible in the original game

9. Has dismemberment where you can shoot or knife off people's head, limbs and finally cut up the torso
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qDtqbGXSeo

10. Has the Ubermutant which is a spear of destiny boss

11. You can set people on fire with the flamethrower or blow them to pieces with the bazooka
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoxwTCWHSok

12. It has 3rd person views that can be toggled using "Y"

13. You can fly around in spectator mode and see things like patrolling guards
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsaGkie9Yyk

14. There are female enemies and also a nudity cheat:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_jzJUZG6ao

15. There is a boom headshot cheat:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WP-YtBeVAbo

16. The gore can be switched off

Still looks absolutely horrid, like you made it with a 90's 3D renderer.
BTW what do you think of the graphics of Minecraft then?
http://www.minecraft.net/
It has sold more than 500,000 copies so far... with $10 of pure profit going to the game's creator with each sale.
Also in my game there are portals in the pacman level... I don't remember portals being used in 90's 3D renderers.

I tried replying to the original thread about the game here:
http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=98354.0

But it says that the topic is too old...

Yesterday I released a new version and it includes a Gretel Grosse level...

...Also, this seems like a pretty cheaply-thrown-together-game.
Well I'm just one amateur... (though I didn't create things like the sound effects myself)

...Now it looks worse.
???? I thought it now looks more like the original Wolfenstein 3-D... or maybe you aren't a fan? In order to like my game you need for a start to be a fan of Lego as well as Wolfenstein 3-D...
Also you said it used to be too shadowy and not bright enough... I think as far as brightness goes that is improved... BTW it is possible for me to disable all of the shadows but the original Wolf3d had some shadows... little ones below the objects.

Ok the lighting of everything (ambient lighting) is much brighter... and the ceiling looks like the floor...
I made a slideshow here:

The bad lighting as in everything is too shadowy and not bright enough.
My excuse is that I wanted to make Castle Wolfenstein a spooky castle... :) (after all there are ghosts [Riddler and pacman ghosts])

This actually looks pretty good. The only thing I don't like is the fact that some surfaces are non-lego looking ones. Like the ceiling in your latest video.
It's kind of similar to official Lego games which have some non-lego surfaces.... also I thought it looked cooler the way it is how it is high resolution yet doesn't seem to "tile" (usually textures "tile"/repeat) - I did it by combining many textures. I decided to make the floor out of lego though because I could make it have 3d lighting even though Lego games rarely have lego floors...

Also, how many polygons does the lego figure model have?
About 2000-3000.... btw that includes their weapons - which disappear when you pick up their weapon.
