Games / My dad is sick. Whats wrong with him?

Today I had high hopes
Finally getting to Gamestop to buy Battlefield 3
I walk in with $60 dollars at hand
I see it
I want it
I point to Modern Warfare 3 which happens to comeout 6 days before my birthday (hint hint)
Then he punches me
He tells me "If you buy this game you probably wont be getting MW3 for you're birthday, this game should be new enough, you decide which game"
I almost cried
How could I decide? An awesome new game where Ive never experienced nothing like it before,
or the game I come to know and love?
I had to choose
It took some thinking and had to pick
the one that was right for me

So, we were doing this dumb thing in English where we were in this hallways and the teacher would ask a question and you would go to one end with doors (dislike side) and the other with the bend in the hall  for the like side.
So he asks the question "who here like hip-hop music?" So I go down to the dislike side and everyone else goes over to the like side.
They said I was weird because I didnt like hip-hop music.

Ive always been the one who cant stop talking and cant sit still
I found some of the "signs" of ADD

Symptoms of inattention:
Doesn’t pay attention to details
Makes careless mistakes
Has trouble staying focused; is easily distracted
Appears not to listen when spoken to
Has difficulty remembering things and following instructions
Has trouble staying organized, planning ahead, and finishing projects
Gets bored with a task before it’s completed
Frequently loses or misplaces homework, books, toys, or other items

Symptoms of hyperactivity:
Constantly fidgets and squirms
Often leaves his or her seat in situations where sitting quietly is expected
Moves around constantly, often runs or climbs inappropriately
Talks excessively
Has difficulty playing quietly or relaxing
Is always “on the go,” as if driven by a motor
May have a quick temper or a “short fuse”

Symptoms of impulsivity:
Acts without thinking
Blurts out answers in class without waiting to be called on or hear the whole question
Can’t wait for his or her turn in line or in games
Says the wrong thing at the wrong time
Often interrupts others
Intrudes on other people’s conversations or games
Inability to keep powerful emotions in check, resulting in angry outbursts or temper tantrums
Guesses, rather than taking time to solve a problem

Off Topic / Looking at iPod touches

I'm looking for a newer MP3 player really.
I used to have an iPod touch but its a long story how I lost it.
So I'm looking at iPod Touches 8gb 3rd Generation
but I heard that 8gb are not fully compatible with iOS 4
but the 32gb and 64gb are.

My price range is $1 - $230ish

It would be nice if you guys could help me find a good deal or tell me which iPod I should get

Off Topic / Math Help : System of linear equations. :C

Im doing these problems and the directions are "For each problem, first create a system of linear equations, and then solve the system to answer the questions"
I think I'm getting the right answer but I dont know how to make a system of linear equation.
First Problem "
"A pharmacist has two bottles of saline solution on her shelf. One bottle is at a strength of 2% and the second is at 10%. If she wished to create 100 ml of an 8% solution, how much of each bottle should she use?"

I got  25ml of 2% and 75ml of 10%

Help please :C

Off Topic / Niagara Falls

Just came back from Niagara Falls.
Its pretty cool.
The N.Y. side is absolutely boring, but the Canadian side is much better. There are tons of stuff to do.
I went on this thing called the skywheel, and I went on the Maid of the Mist. its pretty cool.
If you're standing about  1/2 mile from the Horseshoe falls you can feel the mist coming from it.
Apparently some boy went over it in the 60's and lived.

Off Topic / Should I get this Zune?

Im looking for a new MP3 player. I would get an iPod touch (Had one but friend took it :I) but its more money
Right now Im looking at a Zune HD 16gb for about $170
My dad used to have a Zune (doesnt work anymore because the little charging prongs broke and it wont charge) and he already has a Zune account
I also like that it has Xbox Live intergrade and such.

Off Topic / Wtf is with my family lately?

Seriously. W.t.f.  I was working on my English paper this afternoon and my sister came home and my mom and I left for the "Rachel's Challenge" thing at my school.
When my mom and I came back my mom told my sister to switch over to the other computer and let me finish my English paper. She said "Why doesnt he put it on a flashdrive and work on it with the other computer; and why didnt he do this early" So she freaks out and goes to the other computer
During her meltdown I went into the kitchen to grab myself a snatch of saltines and peanut butter.
I put it on the table right if front of the couch where both of us are sitting.
I pick up the computer and start working on my English
At this time my sister is eating soup for her supper
She gets upset at the computer because it keeps opening new windows when she opens new tabs and she freaks out and says "What did you d...How did this computer get messed up"
I said in an annoyed voice "I didnt do anything to it, I dont even use it"
She said "WHY ARE YOU SO READY TO JUMP AT EVERYONES THROAT"
I didnt respond.
I few seconds later she puts down her half eaten soup and pick up MY FRIKIN SNACK
DONT TOUCH MY SNACK WOMAN
then I said "Really?, whatever"
Then I took the computer across the room to this chair

Off Topic / Screw homework advice.

So, I'm trying to do this math problem. I tried twice in class, and twice at 7:00 tonight. I give up and say "I'm done with this" My mom starts freaking out and I said "What does it really matter to you if I get a 0 on this assignment" (Because the other night she was talking to my dad and said "Let him get a 0, I dont care") She said "Because you can do better than that, and I'll take away your Xbox" I said "You can't take away my Xbox seeing that I bought it." So then we go on (the whole time my sister is pretty pissed about something with her job ) and she tells me to ask my sister. My sister says "Come over here so I can show you something I found online" So, I go over and she just keeps telling me what I already know, and when I say " I already know this" she freaks out and says "Here you take it and do it yourself since you know what you're doing" So I go back and try the problem again and didnt get the right answer. So I decided to just ask my teacher tomorrow. My mom comes out of the shower and asks if I got it done and I say "No"
So she says "I dont know why you waited until 9:00 to do your homework" so I say "I didnt, I tried in class and I tried here" so she can my sister figure out how to do the problem and my mom comes back over and starts showing me, telling me how to do it when I already know. So then I finally just copy down what she wrote and was done.


Discuss my bratiness and my crazy mom and sister

and when my sister was ticked I was playing a round on MW2 with my dad (I could only use knifes and I kept killing him) She FREAKS out and says "YOU JUST LIKE PLAYING WITH DAD BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU CAN DESTROY HIM, I DONT KNOW WHY YOU THINK ITS SO FUN TO KILL SOMEONE YOU KNOW YOU CAN BEAT EASILY" and she keeps saying that and I just said "Hey, he was talking smack about how he could beat me earlier, Im just proving him wrong"

And my dad is totally chill through-out the whole thing

So I have a giftcard to gamestop with $30
I can buy BFBC2 or BF3 or any other game
The thing is, I kinda want to buy BFBC2 because I dont love those games and I dont feel like spending $60 on a game I wont love.
So I was thinking about just getting BFBC2 for 360 for $20. and maybe buy a few other smaller games.
thoughts?

Btw, another reason I dont want to spend $60 on a game is because Im getting MW3 and thats probably all Ill play for awhile
