I'm just over halfway done with my first semester and I still dont know what I want to do. I'm either going to finalize and major in Building and Construction Technology and minor in Architecture or major in Kinesiology and minor in Nutrition.

Either some Construction Manager or Physical Therapist or personal trainer or something

Not sure if SAT/ACT scores mattered much but I think they do matter depending on what schools you apply too. I had a 1820 or something and the average for UMass was maybe a 1670 so I wasnt worried

I love college. I chose to dorm even though I live close. I think I made the right decision and I'm really enjoying it. Its a lot of fun but please please please believe me when people tell you learn time management. If you really learn it in high school it will help you so much. I'm only taking 15 credits right now but I do about 3 hours of homework a day.

Off Topic / Re: What are some good motorcycle brands or models?
« on: October 27, 2015, 01:41:10 AM »
Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Husqvarna, Triumph, Ducati, BMW, KTM, Royal Enfield

You really can't go wrong with these big brands. Husqvarna isnt really big but they make some cool bikes.

Honestly Im riding around on my 1980 Suzuki GS750 and I still love it. I'd look for something cheap, 80s vintage if you dont mind a little upkeep and its great to learn how to take care and maintenance your bike. Butttt if you're looking for something thats not a sport bike Honda Rebels and Honda Nighthawks are really good choices. Browse around craigslist and you'll always find deals. I'm here if you have any other questions.

i swear you better be joking
Why would I joke about such a threatening thing

My friend was playing football and he was hit in the hip flexor and sprained it. Kept playing and practicing now he can't walk. Was a huge basketball star too and had a scholarship to play in college.

Most likely your hip flexor which is good at all.

If you don't get to the doctors right away you will have excruciating pain for the rest of your life.
They have to perform immediate surgery on a strain to your hip flexor because theres also a chance it could get worse and you may never walk again.

I met my current girlfriend last year when I was a senior and she was a junior

Now I'm at UMass and shes still at my old high school and we're doing I think even better than before. Its gonna be 1 year together in a few weeks.

By the time I was a senior though I had a pretty solid understanding and I wasnt looking for a relationship that was gonna be a 2 week thing. If I was gonna get involved then I planned long term

Why would God give us freewill but also put evil in our lives.

Wouldn't "evil" or "sin" begun once the knowledge of good and evil, or the distinction between each, once Adam and Eve ate the fruit?

Wouldn't it have been an evil thought/act to disobey and eat the fruit? So evil and sin began before Adam and Eve even ate the fruit so why would God create evil in the first place?

This is the craziest topic for me

All I've ever known growing up was religion. I went to a private Christian school until 8th grade and then I went to my local highschool.

Sadly, I didn't really notice, maybe because I didn't want too how much brainwashing religion really is. Its absolutely ridiculous and almost sickening. COME ON we make songs that children sing in sunday school and they don't even know what they're singing about they just sing these songs.

My parent's are really religious and thats okay. I love them a lot and I think they're values are good. I'd consider them good people and religion is one of the reasons why my parents are still together today. I'm almost afraid to tell them that I couldn't really consider myself a Christian anymore and I don't buy into it anymore.

To be honest, if there is a God, he doesn't seem to be with me. I don't feel him here with me even and I haven't ever seen him or his works really. And it also baffles me how a lot of religious people deny basic, proven things such as climate change. You're denying something that is not only gonna destroy you, but all the generations to come. Its sad to see basic scientific evidence denied and its gonna get you.

Sorry if this isn't detailed or anything because I'm tryna write this paper for class in 15 minutes.
