No but really, I am making a school project about Texas for my English class, and I want to hear some opinions from people who actually live there.
Now the catch is that you post appropriate stuff, not something like "all teh f4ggotz live in texas xd", but instead start the sentence with

"In Texas"
"Everyone in Texas"
"You are not from Texas if"

Something like that. You get my point.

League of legends. It is a competitive MOBA aka "Multiplayer Online Battle Arena" where the goal is simple.                  
You have a base, and so does the enemy. On the way to the base there are turrets. Your team must work on
destroying the enemy turrets and at the end their nexus. However this is no turret defense game. Here you must
play as a champion, and it is up to you and 4 other players, may they be your friends or not. It is a bit hard of a game
to get into fast, but playing PVP will increase your skill fast. One game lasts 20-50 minutes on average. There are longer
or shorter matches, but they happen rarely.

If you are interested, register and start playing. Tip: play PVP matches, even if they seem hard.

Aye mates, so basically i have an spanish test tomorrow and I just wanna ask a few questions out of curiosity if anyone knows.

What is the difference between "Que hay" and "Que tal"? I know they both mean "How are you doing" but what is the difference?

How do you speak so fast?

Why do you have so many verbs for being, such as Estar, Ser, and Tener? forget my ass.

Games / Gaming headset / keyboard

Ok guys, I dunno if this is the right board to ask, but I'm looking for a mechanical keyboard / headset preferably with a mike, and what also lasts 2 yrs minimum. (Including the mic). I'm looking at razer right now, because they seem to have p. good low end to high end headsets (60-300€) and the Blackshark looks good. My budget is 170€ for both products, tho I can flex and buy one now and the other later. I have a decent headset, but it's breaking up. On other hand, I have a horriblw keyboard (Gigabyte Aivia) and I need a better one, what is mechanical.

Don't come here saying "just buy the ones you find cheapest from your local supermarket", any other advice is good to take.

Games / Good Couch/Local Co-op Games on steam?

Alright, so I am celebrating the configuration of my new modem after 3 days of hard work with a "game day" with my friend and we are looking for some fun couch co-op games to play. We play stuff like Speedrunners, Monaco and Guacamele, and we can't find a good game to play tomorrow.

We could also play some non-local games what doesn't require much, because my friend can bring his low-endish computer what runs starbound fine, and those kinds of fun games we are looking for too.

INTRODUCTION

Project Zomboid is a top down zombie survival game where you have to survive against zombies and face your own mentality like in every loving zombie survival out right now.

But what makes it different?

The interesting aspect of top down gameplay, and it is indeed very well executed, the mechanics are good, there is a lot to do with a huge ass map, stealth, traits for your character, trainable skills, and the feeling to the game, it really captures that ambience that a zombie game has, because unnoticed, one little zombie can forget you up. We smash burglar alarms and helicopter noises and tada a zombie horde is atcha door.

The point is, its half early access, and half not. It has been in development for 3 years, so it isn't some buggy-as-hell mess what I would expect DayZ to be. Right now every core mechanic is in place but a few await their arrival, what are just an addition, not that big of a requirement: Hunting for SP and MP, Sleeping system for MP, Vehicles and NPC's. See? You can survive without them. I'm very excited about the NPC's myself, because they look awesome in this very early video, and when we consider the fact this was 3 years ago, and they are developing them right now to become perfect, I can't wait to see what the outcome is after these years.

Games / Recommend me good car/racing games preferably on steam.

Yeah, so I figured I'm soon 14 and I could start getting excited about cars. I would take some recommendations of med-realistic racing games such as  Burnout: Paradise (that's not too realistic but a good game nonetheless), something what has multiple "gamemodes", I remember playing Flatout 2 when I was about 4 years younger, the thing where ya'd try to hurl the driver as high as possible was fun as hell, man.

Throw em recommendations at me.

Just to note, I accept games with completely normal racing as well, as soon as its well executed (and stunts are always a bonus!).

Modification Help / Help me on Trench Digging.

Now, I'm not exactly sure if this belongs here or not, but you can surely guide me with it.

So, I need help with a mod called trench digging. Now, don't go saying "That mod is stuff", if you don't like it, you don't need to contribute to it.

There is a few latency issues with it. Apparently when there is a big brick, (64x64), and you place dirt on it, it lags like hell, like the game freezes for 1.25 seconds when you place it. Also, when you fill a little hole the whole brick kinda just like goes back to place and you fall inside it.

Could you help with these things?

Help / Resolution reset while applying settings, cannot change back.

Yeah, so I was messing around with some settings in the advanced tab, and I pressed apply, what changed my resolution to the lowest (640x480), and I can't change it back to my original. My original was 1680x1050 (I have a old monitor) but that's not the point. The highest I can go 1280x535, and I dunno why.

General Discussion / Reasons to buy Blockland

So I got this friend, what I need to fully convince that this game is good, and I need your help. Thought this would be useful to other people too who might be considering to buy this game.

What I want you to do is that you should tell what kind of an game this is in a nutshell and how does it differ from other games similiar to Blockland (etc. Minecraft) and also tell about YOUR experience in this game.

Help please, Im trying to convince my humble friend(s) to buy this game. I personslly couldn't like it more than anything, with rougly 5 years of experience.

Any input would be appreciated.

Games / Need to find an old car game with next gen physics

Okay, so there was this fun looking car game around the last 365 days, where you like, could drive around with a car, and there was a some kind of an demonstration in slow-mo when the cars collide and they looked kinda realistic.

The game also had a demo what I played, where you could like, go on a map what was kinda bland, much flat, but some obstacle courses, or something close to that placed around.

Help / T+T2 ammo rtb pref removed?

I remember back in the days you could adjust on how much ammo you drop when you are dead, and when you set them all to 0, you didn't drop anything. Now that's removed. The only way to apparently remove them is to disable T+T2 (apparently), but that comes very difficult to handle when you have to film a scene with T+T weapons and you don't want people to drop ammo on death.

Is there a fix for this?
