Go into Internet Explorer
2. Type in the address bar: 192.168.1.1
3. Login using this: User name: Admin
Password: Admin (If Admin doesn't work use Password.)
4. Look around. UPnP is usually under Advanced/Advanced Options.
5. Simply click Enable.
6. Save.

If you have dynamic IP via DHCP and were using Port Forwarding as your method for people to connect;We don't use Port Forward anymore. UPnP, is the new connection tool.
You may have been assigned a new IP address, consider checking your port forwarding rule matches your current IP listed in command prompt > ipconfig.
