Not entirely sure what you mean by "flip" but he usually creates a new channel for each episode because the people who flag videos for takedowns can't keep up with his uploads.

Another term to call it is mirroring since it's like viewing it from a mirror with text reversed.

Creating a new channel is very clever though. It stops the troll flaggers from using fake reports.
