8gb of RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6870x2 Running two 24" screens at 1080 resolution.
A blu-ray drive
2TB harddrive + 64gb SSD
a crapload of USB 3.0 ports
Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit
And an epic case that has an SSD expansion slot at the top.
Nickelob Ultra's machine is a 9/10 for me.

I use a few additional brush packages, though.
I've heard of MyPaint but I'm in love with GIMP.
