Thought so about referencing, but I have heard from numerous people that tracing is the worst possible thing you can do. Figured that because when you reference you are drawing your own stuff, and that gets into your head better. Tracing takes that away.

Real quick question for you guys since I might be getting back into drawing.

I want to make sure that drawing by reference is alright. Is it akin to tracing, or does it actually help with visualization and things?
