The < and > symbols were invented to represent quantity, not quality. Therefore, if you say pancakes < waffles, you have less pancakes than waffles.

Ive already made the gif and its animated I just cant set it as my picture because its not downloaded to my pc its on a website

Save the image on to your computer. Right click, "Save Image As...", put it somewhere on your computer, upload and safsaofgusaiug avatar.
Aaand put .gif after it if it doesn't automatically do it for you.

Pc stands for personal computer, which (like a Windows) Macintosh is.  So to all the people that call a Windows OS computer a PC and Macintosh a Macintosh: both are PCs
