The time has finally come for me to get a decent desktop computer, I'm going to buy one tomorrow most likely, but the question is
WHAT BRAND?
Okay so, I have an Acer laptop right now and it totally sucks so I'm not good with Acer, it can go suck my richard as far as I care. So, any suggestions on what brand is a good one and doesn't die within the next two years?

Off Topic / Dodger - Trying too hard to be different

This guy has been bugging me the whole loving time with his crap about how mainstream music is handicapped and how his KoRn stuff is so much better. And I'm not talking about once here, more like every loving day he mentions it to me. "Lady Gaga just sings about how she's confused about her loveual preferences!" I'm sorry, but when did this happen? Anyways, this is not the point but I think everyone would get annoyed by this behaviour.
Then we also have his so called split personality called "Stacey". This "Stacey" would pop up in a normal conversation between us, going all handicap on me.
This stuff pisses me the forget off. Okay, you don't like mainstream music, I know, you can shut the forget up now. And don't whine to me about your so called second personality. I don't think you had a dramatic trauma going on in your childhood like loveual abuse since you never loving told me you stuffhead. So no, you do not have a split personality. It's also funny because he started acting like this after he started talking to Tom Gunn aka TeslaCoil, who supposedly also has a split personality. My guess is he's just trying too hard to be different from others. This has been going on for weeks and I'm loving fed up with him, so much I blocked the poser. I suppose I'll unblock him once he visits a damn psychiatrist.
Also this doesn't go in Drama because Dodger can be ok, but this stuff is just handicapped like forget. Discuss.

And unlike many people I know (man do I want to point this out), I have actually kept to myself to this point. I actually like this stuff and that's why my avatar is what it is.
I guess that's all I can say, there's really nothing special about it. I hope it's not too big of an issue, and if it really is considered attention whoring, I can lock the topic and stop being a burden.

Up until now there's been fifteen deaths in Germany and one in Sweden. Five countries in Europe are affected by the bacteria. Worst part is, first they thought the bacteria resided in Spanish cucumbers but now German experiments say that that's not the case. It could be residing in anything. Milk, tomatoes, cucumbers and who knows what else.

Off Topic / Catholic school or half-time school thingy

So as some of you may know I have been home from school for months now and I'm searching for a new school for next year. I'm still trying to choose between two systems of "schools" but I'm not sure which one would be better.
I could go to a nearby Catholic school, with strict rules (I don't mind them, it's better imo) and probably more people with a good mentality. Or I could go to this "half-time job, half-time school" thingy where you get to do a job for 4 days and 1 day of actual school. Everything would be the same after I graduate though, I'd get a diploma and all that.
I'd like to choose the latter because I think it's fun to actually do something and I also think you get paid for it. But on the other hand, I like learning too but I can't do the stuff I want to do because our school system is pretty stuffty.

Every time I try to go on a website (besides the forums for some reason), Avast! claims there's a virus on that very page. YouTube, Facebook, Livejournal, you name it. I'm currently doing a system scan, hopefully this works.
