Plexia offers to assist Yaslovakia in disaster relief. 

P90 is finished, it will be on the market soon. 

Plexia is starting a coalition to end the use of chemical weapons except on a nation's own soil.  In other words, no chemical warfare because it's cruel and inhumane. 
Any nation that joins can use the weapons on their own soil because it's no business of any other nation what they do.
