how much do you want to bet he's not going to stop
simply just telling him 'stop' won't make him stop, you're going to have to drag badspot into the clan discussion and read all the pages (or just gather up blockchips' posts and pm badspot them) so he can get an executive order. that's basically your best chance at making him stop

unless you'd rather make up a huge essay as to why blockchip should shut up about the tony & his harvest clan already (shorter, but might not actually work)

if you haven't thought about it by now, basically blockchip is being the "lord tony" to you guys (but on a lesser scale)
he keeps baiting you, and you keep taking the bait. (and this is a far fetched idea but he's probably trying to teach you a "lesson")

I've been rediculated repeatedly  for asking for an executive order on blockchip

I'm not going to stop until people actually make a convincing argument for me to stop. But a lot of people don't seem to be even trying to do that. They seem to think that, dispite what i have explicitly said, the only reason i'm continuing is because i haven't been told to stop enough times.

blockchip everyone is annoyed with your constant badgering of lord tony. It's not just the harvest anymore. We've told you this multiple times.
