The Avalonian Union will allow the Galaumians to pass through Siderland, so long as they can provide for their own transportation from there (preferable not Rustuffe).
We thank our glorious allies. Ships and wagons are built, as Galaumian troops travel.

After travelling through Siderland, Galaumians arrive in Ru'sh Naal. They immediately travel to the south and the middle of the country, ready to protect the cities. Their numbers are as following;

50,000 Kanisteieir (Calvary)
10,000 Nieufamu (Infantry)
15,000 Jaenderian (Siege Machines, Engineers, Quartermasters, etc)

we going old school babbyyyyy

The Galaumian reinforcements are requested to hold primarily the central and eastern cities as Arm of Bao divisions sweep through the northeastern area periodically to check for incoming aggressors.
I still haven't found a way in.

The act is approved. Troops shall be sent to help Ru'sh Naal. 75,000 troops are prepared. Meanwhile, Galaumian spies attempt to find a way to get to Ru'sh Naal.

Avalonian merchants in the North, risking life and limb in the still profitable markets of Ru'sh Naal, bring back reports of the war.  Their general consensus is that Ru'sh has come up with some ideologically favorable pretense to get in a war with a nation it already dislikes, and although the jury's still out on which side will win, victory for either party will be costly - therefore the merchants attempt to get everything they can out of the Rustuffes before the soldiers of Orshkal can destroy it.  This strengthens the Council's determination not to get involved and the Council cautions Galaumia that if it should get involved, Avalonia will not be able to join in.
We determine this an acceptable fate. At the most, a minor campaign of maximum 50,000 troops will be sent to help. This conflict is far enough from Galaumian holdings that we do not think citizens will be hurt. If we must help our Rustuffe brothers, then we shall. But if the people or nobles do not agree with this, then we shall not proceed.

so can any mod do an assembly vote

Ladios, how are you getting a message to Galaumia?  The only open road there is through Siderland, which is closed off to Rustuffe and Orshkal's ships to prevent it from becoming a battleground.
Probably a message from the Bao (A Galaumian who escaped to Galaumia) asking for help after escaping to here.

Anyways, the king thinks about this and suggests that the Assembly vote on it. It first must be voted upon by the House of the People, where if approved, will go to the House of Nobles. If approved there, it will come to the king for approval.

The next day, mysteriously, all Rustuffe cargo sunk into the harbor.

The Galaumian family that one of the Rustuffe alchemists stayed with comes down with sores and a high fever.  After about a week of being bedridden they pull through.
EBOLA!!!
jk
Since they pull through, no one in the Assembly or Monarchy pays a mind to it.

In other news, after the king hosted an Avalonian envoy, they have come to the conclusion that Galaumia and Avalonia should have an alliance.

The displaced Kai migrate to Galaumia and other nations and begin practicing medicine upon the local populace as city health consults and teaching their medical findings in town centers where available.
Guards do not stop the Kai.

Absolute monarchy may have been a better phrase.
don't really get why that matters to three crowns but w/e

220
Galaumia:  The Three Crowns are pleased with the boars and tensions around the AEIU events begin to thaw.  They're not going after an alliance or anything, but the nations are pleased with how Galaumia has transitioned from a chieftainship, even if it has not become a monarchy.  (NPC:  60%)
um we are a monarchy???

221
Galaumia has finally finished negotiations with The New Conservative Party. This is the outcome:

The Galaumian Assembly will be divided into 2 levels. House of Nobility and House of the People. House of the People will be representatives decided by citizens of Galaumia. House of Nobility will be the 11 Noble Families leaders. Bills are introduced by the House of the People. They are voted upon in House of the People, where if successful, they will go on to the House of Nobility. If successful there, it will finally go by the king, who will either approve or deny it. House of Nobility can veto anything by House of the People by a 60+% vote. Vice versa, House of the People can shoot down anything by the House of Nobility by a 60+% vote. Anything disapproved by the king can be vetoed if both bodies agree on a 60+% vote.

The King can establish executive order in times of crCIA, including but not limited to: War, Famine, Sickness, Diaster and Gridlock.

The King is only descended from the Chieftains bloodline.

Galaumia is now a Parlimentary Monarchy.

Trade is opened up to the Three Crowns, as a complimentary roasted boar is sent to each leader.

Atenisian merchants seem to discriminate selling services to Avalonians, chosing others first, but they do it lightly and just show they think Avalonians are a nuisance.
Which they do think.

They don't 1960 discriminate, they are just more... healthily unfriendly.

They still view Avalonians as partners because $$$, but y'know.

so whats the point of this action except establishing what was common knowledge

223
Meanwhile Buddhist warrior monks travel from Rēsugurētā to Galaumia and ask the clansmen of the eastern border region if they may create temples so they may share their teachings and train the populace combat, which would evidently lead to teaching the populace how to create Katanas of well refined high carbon steel due to being smart cigarettes.
okay temples are allowed in the eastern region of galaumia
galaumia asks if nippon-land would like to build an embassy in the capital

224
uhm well where else are we going to expand....
uhm to the west???

225
Galaumia:  The leader of the Conservative faction is learned to be in contact with a group of radical and violent monarchists connected with the AEIU.  His party loses both membership and standing in Galaumia and fragments into two groups: the Old Conservative Party - which is exactly what the party has been, and the New Conservative Party - a notably more moderate group calling for something akin to a constitutional monarchy where the nobles have the power.  The man has fled to Irajinad where he reportedly committed Self Delete.  (POL:  90%)
The Chief promises to negotiate with the New Conservative Party, but members of the Old Conservative Party will be hunted down and killed. All as of right now are asked to renouce their membership . If they do this, they are given amnesty. If they do not, they will be asked to leave. If they do not leave, they will die. Galaumia will not accept men who associate with known murderers.
