Speciality (this means you are more likely to get a certain item on upgrade, fill out with Rifles, Small Arms, etc.): Rifle (Or could I do something like shotgun?). Prefers Rifles because of their accuracy and large calibers. He likes to cause more damage if he is forced to fight, so he likes the Rifle.
(Should I give a backstory?)

Read the rules. Or I'm just being dumb and don't know what fission means. Anyways, how would a nation straight out of a socialist revolution begin to make rockets?
