Why would a perfectly fine doctor with a good background spit blood at an officer? It makes no sense. I'm not saying it's zombies, but if this isn't drugs there has to be something going around making all these people do crazy things.

Well think about it. Some people might not want to hire a doctor with a crimnal background so you're throwing your career away. Would you get mad?
