If you shoot it the bullet friction should set it off.It may, bullets are hot, and because of the friction and heat thing, it might. Never found it wise to try it though.
I watch Mythbusters and C4 isn't flammable.It is flammable, but that won't set it off. You need heat and friction, so if you set it on fire and threw it, it goes boom. f you just light it, you can make hot coco.
