it's all about mutual feelings. not age. (of course, i'd never have love with anyone under the age of 16, cause i find it gross. i just don't have a problem if that's what someone else is into)

It's nothing new that kids are having love as young as 9 or 10. This has been happening for over a thousand years. Children would start having love as soon as they'd reach puberty, which could range from 10-14 (usually), to start families. No big deal.
And even if you're talking about modern society, it's still been going on for years. People just like to have love, and it's no big deal how young you are as long as it's enjoyable on both ends.
