« on: February 18, 2011, 10:11:24 AM »Medeval lacks realism (there are no loving goblins/portals/etc irl), nearly all current-day games involve fighting, ancient is... ancient, never seen any 1900-styled games.If you play a game like Medieval Total War, there's no goblins/portals/etc. He didn't ask for genre, so he's not saying he prefers fantasy. He just said he likes the Medieval period more than any other.
I prefer 1900s or present day. It usually depends on the genre of game though.
