Either New York or California.
California has the most going for it, I'd say. Mainly because of the beach cities and the Hollywood area. But next to that is New York City in New York. It's a lot smaller than California, but it's got just about as much going on, if not more, in that one city than Hollywood does.
But really, the way you described your school there is pretty much what it's like here too. I'm not sure what a chav is, but I'm guessing it's some type of douche bag.

2nd Period: AP Government/AP Economics (1st Semester/2nd Semester)

4th Period: English IV
5th Period: AP Psychology
6th Period: Skip Period
5 classes a day? Get out an hour early? Good schedule I say.
