An option in the server settings to turn off healing others with the Syringe would be magical. I want to give on to my recon class, but I don't want them playing the role of the medic, who should be using the Gauze Gun.

Sounds like a good idea, but why not just edit the .cs until then.

Has nothing to do with TT conflicting with HK.
The only conflicting error is with magnum ammo, which is probably fixed by now.
Go into your RTB server prefs and turn off dry firing for HK.

But trust me, HK and T+T aren't going to go so well together.
