I'm pretty sure we could combine the builds and make them look pretty good, if you aren't totally opposed to the idea.
You should try to integrate the two builds, it would be neat. What I mean is don't just put the the build into the Bedroom build. I don't even know how to properly explain this, but I hope it makes sense.
