Can someone help? I installed v15, and when i ran it, it asked me if i wanted me to allow it to connect to the internet. I accidently pressed no. I have tried redownloading it, but nothing will get me back to that page.

I know about the speed difference for the iron sights, I did that so it's easier to have more accurate shots.
It is more accurate if you don't speed burst your shots, I will make it more accurate though, since the real weapon is.
Clip size is perfect, in my opinion.

I think you should,
Make firing rate faster while using iron sights (Its faster when your not)
Mate it more accurate
More clip size

I played this on your server, it was very good. Had some very good gameplay. Though you should have made the plane so that you could parachute onto the beach, instead of swimming.
