Play boot camp like there's no tomorrow, only suggestion I have. Also, when fighting AI, you can easily use the numpad because there's less pressure to react faster than your opponent.

I would check the ram sticks yourself and swap them around. If it's something else, such as something reserving that 4.01 gb of ram, I'm not sure what to tell you.
Also, in msinfo32, check your bios and see if that's the latest one. It could be a problem with that.
