ok guys so i was watching this video that discusses each episode of LoK, and this guy said some pretty crazy stuff.

1.  Amon cannot energybend.  Aang's hand placement is different from Amon's.  Aang has his thumbs on both the forehead and the sternum, while Amon only has one hand on the forehead.

2.  There are only 3 more episodes left to Book One:  Air.  Korra has to learn air by the end of the season, but all the traditional methods aren't working for her.  One of the guys on the show suggested that she is going to find her own way to learn airbending, and in doing so, possibly create a more advanced form of airbending (like metalbending or lightningbending).  I think this is entirely possible.

Kat, you have to breathe when exercising.  Idk why you'd think it's a good thing to be able to do 20 without breathing.

Anyone else notice the guy that just froze up during the Marketplace Demo?

That was a pretty bad glitch being so late in development...

Guys, you should all join the Assassin's Den on NerdFitness.  It's all about freerunning and parkour.

NF also has a few good articles, and here are some videos:
Beginner's Guide to Parkour
Great Skills to have for Parkour
How to Handstand
A Great Realistic Parkour Video
An Impressive Parkour Video

This summer I plan on doing a lot of physical training, and I want to include parkour in it.  It'll be fun.

Edit:
Also this is a good way to start:
Quote from: NerdFitness.com
10 squats (building up to plyometric box jumps)
    10 push-ups
10 leg lifts on your back with both legs
    10 pull-ups

Do two sets of this list, every other day. If some or all of this list is too hard, reduce your reps per set for the hard exercise(s) until you can do two sets. I started on pull-ups with 1.5 pull-ups per set. It’s OK to start with even half a pull-up or merely hanging and flexing. The important thing is to do 10% more next week than you can this week.

Here’s how to progress:

Each week, add 1-2 reps to each exercise (2×12, 2×14, 2×15, etc.)
After doubling the reps for each exercise (2×20), add another full set to your workout (3×20; you may have to temporarily reduce reps on that final set back down to 10 or less).  When you can do 4×20, perform each rep a little faster, more explosively, to get in a more plyometric and aerobic workout.

Aang could have had two sons? I don't know.
Aang has had 3 children, and one of them is not a bender

I think its Aang, remember he broke the Avatar Cycle?
What if he thinks the world would be safer without benders?
probably not aang, considering aang is trying to help korra

imo he's just like, super loving strong willed

Wow.  That's very good advice.  I just realized that whenever I get too emotional (anger, sadness, whatever) I put on my headphones and just listen.
