You're handicapped.

Depends on where you live, but if you live in a normal state like New York or California you can't kill someone unless you or a family member's life is in immediate danger.  If you are in Texas, you can fire at someone for trying to break down your door and failing.  Also, insulting someone doesn't make your point any less wrong.
