If I was able to think correctly and train myself not to be overcome with instinct from the adrenaline pumping, I would aim for those areas. But that's in a perfect world. IRL I'd probably be relying on instinct and reflex and just trying to hit any exposed area of his body.

"americas" refers to contiguous north and south america


"america" generally refers to the united states, however it depends on the context.
